  1. If a student fails to attend or complete their course for any reason other than the unlikely event that it is cancelled by The London College (UK), no refund of fees or deposits will be made and the student must re-book. This includes: personal problems, illness, change of mind, relocation, pregnancy, illness or death in the family, change in personal circumstances, failure to obtain a visa or a loan etc.).

  2. Deposits are non-refundable but can be credited to another course at The London College (UK).

  3. The full course fee must be paid at the time of enrolment.

  4. Applicants can not make changes to their course start date. There will be an administration fee of 25% of any changes made to your course schedule and is subject to availability.

  5. A student is accepted for enrolment on, and subject to, the conditions that the student will attend on the start date, and at the time specified in the confirmation letter.

  6. Fees are not refundable if the course is interrupted or cancelled due to reasons beyond control of The London College (UK).

  7. Students are required to attend their courses as agreed at the time of enrolment. Students who fail to do so will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

  8. Paying for a courses does not guarantee a qualification or certificate of achievement. Awards are gained by the successful completion of the criteria set out by the various awarding bodies.

  9. After successful completion of course if the awarding body VTCT requests that you should attend The London College (UK) on a separate occasion to assess your work, it is compulsory that you do so.

  10. Students requiring extra tuition will need to arrange extra sessions at an hourly rate of £35

  11. Student portfolios will be kept at the centre for no longer than 12 months after completion of your course. Failure to collect within this time will result in it being destroyed.

  12. Students are suggested to avoid bringing any valuables to the college. We cannot be held responsible in the event of any item being lost.
